I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel during my trip to Turkey and I must say, it was a truly exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. The first thing that caught my attention was the excellent staff performance. The team members were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and always ready to assist with any request I had. Their warm hospitality truly made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. Moreover, the hotel's location in a historical area added an extra charm to my stay. Being surrounded by such rich history and cultural heritage made my experience even more memorable. I felt like I was truly immersing myself in the history of Turkey. The quality of the staff was also commendable. They were knowledgeable about the area, providing insightful recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. Their professionalism and attention to detail were truly impressive. The delicious breakfast offerings were another highlight of my stay. The variety of dishes served each morning was impressive, with fresh and tasty options to suit every palate. It was a delightful way to start my day and fuel up for exploring the city. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable. I was impressed by the level of cleanliness maintained throughout my stay. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and provided a comfortable retreat after a long day of sightseeing. Last but not least, I was very impressed by the responsiveness of the staff. Any request I had was promptly addressed, and they always ensured that I was comfortable and happy throughout my stay. I highly recommend Artemis Cave Suites & Spa hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay in Cappadocia.

irst of all, it's difficult to visualize what the town of Göreme looks like just by looking at Google Maps and Streetview images. In reality, Göreme is built on the sides of hills, so getting to the hotel from downtown (where all the shops and restaurants are) involves walking up quite a steep hill. One good thing about Artemis Hotel is that there is a decent-sized car parking space in front of the hotel, so if you bring a rental car, you can park it there. Upon our arrival, we were given a free upgrade to a junior suite, which was located on the ground floor (see the photos of the room). The cave suite itself was built into the rock behind the hotel. The only downside of a ground-floor room is that you don't get a view of the town from above, but as we are both 60 years old, we appreciated not having to walk up any steps to reach the rooms located higher up. The breakfast room is located two levels above ground and features a large window and a small balcony overlooking the valley. The food served there was much better than the hotel we stayed at in Istanbul. A wide range of fresh and traditional Turkish mezze were offered daily, along with a variety of hot dishes (which changed every day). If you plan to go ballooning, I would suggest asking the hotel to book it for you with their preferred partner, Butterfly Balloons (https://butterflyballoons.com). Although they are more expensive than other companies you'll find on TripAdvisor, the key difference is that they limit the number of passengers to 16 per flight, with each of the 4 baskets holding only 4 people. This way, you get a much cozier and more intimate experience, rather than being one of 20–32 people in a large balloon basket.

My First Time in Cappadocia—Absolutely Magical! My husband and I wanted to do something different for our honeymoon, so we decided on Turkey—and wow, it did not disappoint! Cappadocia was beyond amazing, and Artemis Cave Suites made it even more special! I stumbled upon this gem in a few blogs and am SO glad we booked it. The hotel is stunning, and the staff? Super friendly! A special shoutout to Rose, who greeted us with room info, great recommendations, and a lovely refresher upon arrival. They even helped us arrange airport transfers, which made our lives so much easier (because who wants to stress on their honeymoon?!). And, if you’re into adventure, they’ll help set up activities like hot air balloon rides and valley tours. Win! One of the biggest perks for us (besides the dreamy views) was the AMAZING AC in the room! Let’s be real—sometimes you travel abroad and you’re not sure what to expect in that department, but this was perfect. Oh, and let’s talk about the rooftop! Watching the sunset from there? Pure magic. Pro tip: Get there early, or you might miss out. But, honestly, getting there early just means more time to soak in the views from all the nearby hotels. Plus, they have live music every night, which we absolutely LOVED—such a fun way to end the day! It’s just a quick 6-minute walk to the main street/town, so super convenient. Honestly, I’d recommend Artemis Cave Suites to anyone visiting Cappadocia. It made our honeymoon unforgettable!

I stayed at this hotel with my partner and we had a wonderful time overall. The views from the hotel are absolutely breathtaking. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel special throughout our stay. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast—delicious, varied, and served in a beautiful setting. But the standout experience for both of us was the Spa package. It exceeded all expectations: relaxing, professional, and beautifully designed. Truly a 10/10 moment that made our trip memorable. If there’s one area that could be improved, it’s the organization of the Sunset Lounge. We felt a little bit frustrated while external people was allowed to enter and we, as guests, they denied a table. So if you ask a waiter they said there was no table, but if you just go without asking then they let you in. We ended up in a different sunset lounge the following days…

Everything was amazing about this hotel. The staff reached out to us on WhatsApp before we arrived and organised an airport shuttle for us. The staff helped us to book our activities, transport and spa. The spa was amazing and I had the best massage ever! The hotel is also in a great location, within 2 mins you can reach the sunset/sunrise view point and is only a short walk to the shops and restaurants. The rooms were very warm, spacious and nicely decorated. The views from the terraces are also amazing especially in the mornings when the hot air balloons are passing by!
